What is your admission process?
To be admitted to Woodbine, we must determine that we are able to take care of your needs. To determine this, we must be provided medical information from the hospital where you are or by the physician that is caring for you currently.

We also need to determine what payment source will be able to help cover the cost of your stay, whether it be for short or long term arrangements.

We require that each person coming to Woodbine has a responsible party that will complete an Admissions Application and an Admission Contract prior to admission. You may complete the application prior to admission and fax it to us at: 703-837-6511 or 703-837-6522.

If you are interested in coming to Woodbine, please contact us for bed availability.
