  2. Slight right at I-395/I-95 Connector North, then proceed 1.6 miles to I-395N.

Special Event

On April 29th 2016 Woodbine host our Annual event National Healthcare Decisions Day, hosted by the Department of Social Services exists to inspire, educate & empower the public & providers about the importance of advance care planning. National Healthcare Decisions Day is an initiative to encourage patients, families, and staff to express their wishes regarding healthcare, and for providers and facilities to respect those wishes, whatever they may be. You have the right to choose or appoint a Power of Attorney! This event was a great success with 20- 25 inquiries and 4 individuals to declare their Advanced Directives. This event provided education on Advance Directives, Guardianship, Living Wills, and the importance of having a Power of Attorney. Special thanks to our participants Legal services of Northern Virginia, Capital Caring, and Woodbine Staff.
